4, situated within a new (2006) luxury private condominium. The apartment is set in a peaceful location,
yet only a 5 minute walk into Olhos d’Agua, offering shops, bars, restaurants
and the beach. For a livelier evening
“The Strip” in Albufeira is a 5 minute taxi ride. The condominium provides a large swimming pool, children’s pool
and tennis courts set in landscaped gardens.

The apartment comprises of:
Bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air
conditioning/heating, and patio door leading to the private terrace and
garden. The beautifully tiled bathroom
has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin. Separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen
consisting of oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, kettle, and toaster. All
utensils, crockery etc are included.
The lounge/dining room has a large sofa, TV and DVD player, and a dining
table with 4 chairs. This area is also
air conditioned, and has patio doors leading to the private terrace and garden. Private underground parking.
Olhos d’Agua/Balaia area
There are several beaches within walking distance,
Maria Luisa and Olhos d’Agua being the nearest approximately 10 minutes
walk. Each having a fish restaurant and
bar, and during the peak periods various water sports are available. Praia da Falesia (5 minute drive) runs
between Olhos d’Agua and Vilamoura - this is a beautiful long beach dropped by
the red sandstone cliffs and is un-crowded even during the summer period. Praia da Oura in Albufeira is within easy
reach and offers a diving centre.
The majority of attractions are within a 20 minute
drive, including Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, and many more. Also available are excursions to local
markets and other places of interest i.e. to Seville and Lisbon.
Other attractions include, famous golf courses close
by i.e. Salgados (15 mins), Sheraton Pine Cliffs 9 hole ( 5 mins), Balaia - 9
hole (5 mins), Vilamoura (Various) (10 mins).
Albufeira’ “Old Town” with its whitewashed houses
lining the narrow streets is 5 kms from the apartment. The Town Square has a generous array of
cafes, street vendors, entertainers, late night boutiques and excellent music
bars.
Faro airport is 30 minutes away. Local taxis at the airport will cost
approximately 30 euro’s. Faro is now
served by low cost-cost/charter airlines as well as British Airways and TAP Air
