The two Twin bedded rooms are situated at the side and rear of the villa. The third bedroom at the rear looks out onto the pool and sun deck. The Pool can be reached through the sliding doors at the end of the Living Room, the first Master bedroom and the lobby between the twin bedrooms, so there is easy access to the family bathroom.
In line with the latest Florida laws all villas have alarmed exits leading to the pools for the safety of young guests. There is a covered patio area, open to the swimming pool, which is complete with a patio table and four chairs. A separate washer and dryer are in the double garage, accessible from the kitchen area.

The first Master Bedroom has its own private access to the Pool area via sliding doors, a King-size bed, TV, alarm clock/radio, dressing mirror, ample drawer space and side tables with lamps. The en-suite facility has a large corner bath, walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit, toilet, and walk-in wardrobes.
