This beautiful apartment is in a nice quiet area with sea
views and a view of Famagusta the ghost town. A car is needed as public
transport is far and few between although there are taxis. The
air-conditioned penthouse apt.has a very spacious living room/kitchen area. It
has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 three-quarter beds:Bathroom with bath and shower:
Large balcony with table and 6 chairs,sunloungers,portable bbq, electric
sun-canopy:
There is a communal swimming pool with sunloungers
and a shower area. From the apt. it is approx 5 mins. to Kapparis, which is
where the local Brits tend to go. It has a small variety of friendly bars and
restaurants. Pernera is approx 10 mins away, this is a nice resort with a
variety of bars and restaurants. A good friendly pub there is called Knights Pub
and a good restaurant is Mojitos. Protaris is approx 15 mins away. This is a
larger holiday resort with lots of bars, restaurants etc. It is ideal for
families or couples,nice beach there called Fig tree Bay with watersports. Ayia
Napa is about 15 mins away with a vast number of bars, restaurants etc., and a
nice harbour. Nissi Bay beach is beautiful again with watersports.
The apartment is approx 45-60 mins from airport,
easy drive and in Cyprus they drive on the left hand side of the road.English is
widely spoken: friendly people: very low crime rate. There are a number of
airlines who go to Larnaca Airport eg: Monarch, 1st Choice,Thomas Cook,
Air-Cypria, & Olympic.
