THE AREA
The town of Almoradi is located on the southern Costa Blanca approx 15 minutes drive from the coastal town of Guardamar.
With a population of 13,000 this is a well established community, and as a result there are a good selection of shops,
restaurants & other facilities in place. The town centres around a large tree lined town square featuring the beautiful church,
which is lively throughout the day and night. Almoradi does offer something a little different from that of many other coastal towns; it is quieter & has retained much of its inherent culture & tradition. Almoradi is no more than a 20 minute drive from
a good selection of golf courses; with La Finca & La Marquesa Clubs significantly closer. Also within a short drive are
water parks, theme parks and a range of other activities including water sports.
