The bustling nightlife of Benidorm is a 10-15 minute drive or if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle there are plenty of villages
within easy reach. The area makes an excellent touring centre for the Northern Costa Blanca, from the sleepy
village of Polop with its 200 fountains, the medieval town of Guadalest and the historical Moorish coastal town of Altea.
The communal swimming pool is a 2 minute walk, and usually very quiet. Theme parks,
Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar are nearby, and a number of golf courses
within a short drive.

Detached 2 bedroom villa adapted for wheelchair use. The living room is open plan with dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
A large wide screen TV in the lounge area. Two bedrooms with a sofa bed sleeping 6 in total. There is a 'wet-room' power shower. Air-con and heating (metered).
The views outside are open, facing the childrens park area. With a BBQ area the gardens are pretty and secluded. Includes a small drive for parking.

This lovely villa boasts its
own private swimming pool and has sea and mountain views and is situated in a
quiet,
upmarket residential area. It is within easy reach of all the
attractions of the surrounding area in this lovely part of Spain.
The villa is
well equipped with ample seating both inside and outside, with plenty of
sunbathing areas.
It has satellite TV with BBC and ITV
etc.
Bedroom 1 has king
size bed and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 has double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite. Own door out to a private
sitting area.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with bath/shower over.
Modern family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.
The kitchen has ceramic hob, extractor fan, electric oven, dishwasher, washing
machine, large fridge/freezer,
electric kettle, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The lounge which leads into the sun-lounge has a 2 and 3 seater
settee and a leather chair,
TV with satellite TV and a DVD player, video also a
ceiling fan.
There is a sun lounge with a double sofabed and
floor standing fan it also has large patio
doors leading onto an extensive
balcony.
The dining area has a modern table with 6 chairs.
Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for children and we have a travel cot and highchair for
babies.
There are a few steps down to the pool so people with mobility problems
may find it a little
difficult but it is not so bad. There is also private
parking on the drive for 2 cars with lockable gate.

There is plenty of garden and patio areas with a stone BBQ and outside bar and

6 people. 6 sun loungers for relaxing on the pool side patio,

etc are provided for safety round the pool. The pool is 8x4m and is for the
sole use of the guests,
although the owners live on the property (own private
entrance) the villa is totally private and has the added bonus
of having help
on hand if there is a problem and also a sparkling pool at all times plus info
on where to go if required.
For the comfort of all guests we have a no
smoking policy.

The villa is laid out as two self-contained apartments over two floors, with external staircase, making it ideal for two famillies to share or extended family groups. There is a private swimming pool with loungers provided, an outside covered dining area with BBQ.
Inside the lounge areas are spacious, with Cable TV, DVD and CD. There are french doors which access the terrace areas. There are 4 bedrooms spread out over the 2 floors, 3 doubles and 2 singles. The kitchens are fully fitted, with washing machine, diswasher, microwave, oven,
hob, toaster & juicer. Heating and air-conditioning is at an extra cost. Secure parking for 2 cars.
Luxury Egyptian linen provided. Can be rented separately.
